Dr. Amy Luke, a professor and researcher at Loyola University’s Stritch School of Medicine, presenting her research into the relationship between weight regulation and energy expenditure for the 2014 Foltyn Family Health Sciences Seminar. The seminar is an annual event in the College of Health Sciences (CHS) established through a fund endowed by Theodore J. Foltyn and Kathi Hetrick Foltyn, both UD Class of 1981, to recruit outstanding speakers on topics such as behavioral health, nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention.
