I ran into something super similar a bit ago. Double-check that your file permissions didn't reset themselves after the last update - sometimes that causes the whole thing to just hang or throw an error without telling you why. I’d also suggest documenting the assumptions and constraints alongside the main analysis, even if they seem obvious at the time. A few weeks later those details are usually what explain why certain decisions were made, and it saves a lot of backtracking when the model evolves.

I had a similar problem before, and in my case it was caused by an outdated dependency/config file. After updating everything and clearing the old cache/temp files, it started working normally again.

Yeah, I ran into something similar before. In my case, clearing the cache and redoing the setup from scratch actually fixed it. Sometimes an old config/file keeps causing the same issue even after reinstalling. Worth trying if you haven’t already.
