Lyft account was unfairly deactivated

My Lyft account was unfairly deactivated. The support told me it is because of violation of community guidelines. I was platinum on the platform with all positive reviews. As I understand from this article https://www.lexinter.net/how-to-reactivate-your-lyft-driver-accоunt, there may still be a chance to reactivate my account. What options do I have to reactivate my account? Presently, I can't even effectively appeal my deactivation because I'm unaware of the underlying cause.
